IN NO EVENT SHALL IMMEDIATE ENIGMA'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO IMMEDIATE ENIGMA IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

IMMEDIATE ENIGMA DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT, INFORMATION, OR ANALYSIS PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY IMMEDIATE ENIGMA SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Immediate Enigma, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of or inability to use the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another party, including other users; or (d) your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
